Gi seminar for kempo guys on Rákoscsaba

János Csámpár held a Gi seminar for kempo guys on Rákoscsaba. From the local dojo's members came to practise Brazil Jiu-Jitsut with a great number. About 20 people visited the seminar and practiced. The training begun regular BJJ warm-up, then basic techniques and positions followed (guard, side controll, mount etc). The training ended with a little free fight of course. Everybody enjoyed the seminar they provided us to their satisfaction. Presumably we made a seminar again for they in the future. Keep contact us if anybody else has a demand for seminars and we respond.
